This house is a great space. We had 6 of us in town for Shell Daze at Overton Park and it was a perfect location to walk to the park for the music. It is a great location to walk to restaurants and around the neighborhood. Shayla was a great communicator leading up to our stay and during the stay. I highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!

I loved Shayla's place. It was a close drive to Rhodes College, area restaurants (the BBQ Shop was AMAZING!!!), and Beale Street. We were only there one full day (2 nights), so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard, which had a great patio set and cornhole. We had beautiful weather while we were there and I do wish we could have kept the front door open, but there was no screen. My MIL was with us, and with five people, it's always hard to find a place that has beds for both of my teenage daughters and this checked the box, making them very happy. The house had everything we needed, including a W/D. There were two times when neighbors were "very loud" / argumentative (some loud foul language) as they walked past the house, talking on their phone. Shayla can't control that, but it did happen both nights we were there and it was as if we were listening in on a private conversation. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.
