Neat, very comfortable. Bear lots of cool restaurants plus the Playhouse theatre and more. Great location, quiet street yet near so much. A loose board on the deck is stripper. Someone will fall. Communication with owners was abysmal. Just no way to reply or ask a question or communicate about anything. That was really bad. Luckily nothing went wrong.

The house was plenty of room for 3 adult couples. The rooms are large enough for unpacking and hanging out if you need to. We were a little confused as there are 2 rooms that were locked and we weren't sure where they lead because the lights were on but turned off a while later. We think there is still a business being ran out of those 2 rooms. In addition, there is actually only 1 shower so that was a little challenging but not a deal breaker for the house. There is 1.5 restrooms. We didn't have any cooking utensils however as soon I called the management they had some utensils delivered within the hour. Great customer service. Had plenty of dishes and cooking pans. The house was in a great location. The parking was a breeze. We felt safe even though it was a busy street. The bonus was finding out there was a museum of Elvis Presley's family apartment across the street. The old law books and large conference table made it a perfect background for our family breakfast. Really enjoyed that. The house didn't feel clean. I mean it wasn't dirty but the floors were really dirty and the doors are also very dirty. The bedding was nice and clean but the floors and doors just didn't feel or look clean. The trash can bags for the kitchen were too small and so we struggled getting them on can and used a lot just for out trash. There also wasn't a dish towel/sponge for washing dishes. None of these things made me regret renting the house just some things that would really help the house.

Little trouble using keyless lock but once we managed the hang of it, it was fine. We did call the host. She tried to walk us through. The metal stairs going to the studio are rusted appears to be unsafe. At 10pm all we heard was FedEx. Flights leaving the airport for about an hour. Even the air conditioner could not drown out the airplane noise.

The Host was amazing. The location was exactly what I needed. I wish I had been given the option of up or downstairs because if my Mother would have been with us we would have had to find another property which would have been a horrible situation . It would have been a total disappointment.

Close to everything zoo, Beale street....ect. house was clean and fit all the people we had everyone had a room and bathroom had everything we needed Could of used more outlets lol

The house was clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience and location. Everything was great!
